Do they still allow smoking in here? I always wonder if it was legal or not. They serve a lot of food.

I don't know if they allow smoking, but they definitely can NOT legally allow smoking. A bar that wants to allow smoking has to get a "Stand-Alone Bar" waiver. You just can't declare yourself open-air. They don't have one.

The rule is that if there are 3 walls then you need a waiver. An awning with 1 wall is OK. A structure with it's doors and windows open is not.

In order to allow smoking within the structure, they'd need to get a waiver and be subject to the 10% rule; less than 10% of their revenue would have to come from the sale of food.
